Where we are...

Serving Public Relations clients the length and breadth of the country, Quicksilver PR is based in the midlands in an historic area of Evesham, Worcestershire -  the site of the former Evesham Monastery.

Our offices are at Abbey Gate, which was originally the gate house and one of the storage barns attached to the Monastery.

Built in the early 1300s, the site is steeped in history and possesses one of the best medieval “slypes” in the country.  (Okay, the slype was a dark passage used by the monks to take left over food from the refectory to the Almoners Court to feed the poor).

In the early 1700s the Abbey buildings were converted to form a grand town house with associated outbuildings and it remained in residential use until the early 20th Century, when they were converted into the offices that we now call home.

Bet you didn't know...

  • Evesham can trace its origins back to the eighth century
  • In 1540 the Abbey that Evesham surrounds was estimated to be the third largest in England
  • In 1265 Simon de Montfort was killed in the battle of Evesham
  • Evesham is the UK capital of festivals hosting 17 each year and counting
  • Henry Smith, Mayor of Evesham in 1858 and 1860 was a founder of W H Smith
